Yoshi is a puzzle game for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) starring Mario and Yoshi. The rules are simple. Monsters and egg fragments will drop from the top of the playing field, similar to shapes in Tetris. The monsters should look familiar if you've ever played a Mario game before. You must line up the falling monsters with the monsters already on the field. Rather than moving the falling monsters, Mario moves the monsters that have already fallen. If you line up top and bottom pieces of an egg, a Yoshi will hatch. If there are any monsters in between the pieces, they will be eliminated! You have to be quick if you want to clear as many monsters as possible! Plug in a second controller and Luigi can joint the party! This game is most fun with a friend.
